Replacement only for defect product
1. How do I return a defect product?
You may return the product within thirty(30) days of receiving your parcel. Customer has to bear the cost of postage. Please ensure the product abides the return policy terms. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your #ORDER ID, product details and reason of returning.
2. Delivery charges.
No delivery charges applied for replacement of defected item. For international return, please contact our store by emailing us at email@example.com.
3. How do I know my defect item has been received?
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.
4. Can I collect or return the product at the store?
Kindly be informed that walk-in return/ pickup are available upon request. You may arrange a free pick-up at our store by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
5. How long will my return be processed?
All return request will be processed within seven(7) working days upon receiving your parcel.
7. I received incorrect replacement item, what should I do?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No delivery charges applied for replacement of defected item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over MYR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
