1.  Please note that due to high demand, orders will be shipped out in 7-14 working days. After that, delivery times will depend on the courier service and the delivery area.
   
2. A separate email with tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed. All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs will automatically be added during checkout.
   
3. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country's government.
   
4. If you require express shipping options, please contact us at inquiries@airaz.my, and we will endeavor to meet your needs at the prevailing shipping rates for express delivery.
   
   
   

Strictly no return & refund as profit will be donated

1. We are very proud of the quality and workmanship of all our products. However, we acknowledge that occasionally, the unexpected happens.
2. We stand behind our product and will gladly accept returns for product that falls into any of the following categories:
   - Defective products
   - Incorrect items received (size/color/type)
3. Upon return receipt of the product, we will issue store credit within 7 days. You may then use the credit to purchase anything from the store.
4. All returns should be done within 14 days (local orders) and 30 days (international orders) of receipt of the shipment from us.
5. Please note that we reserve the right to reject the return if the item shows signs of being used/worn or in an unreasonable damaged condition.
6. The returns should be sent to the following address for processing. In the package, please include your Airaz Order Reference number for our tracking. Please note that the items returned should be in the original packaging, unworn, unused & unwashed and in good condition.
